Workflow Automation

Workflow automation across the tools you already pay for

For businesses copying information between systems or chasing routine handoffs that their tools could handle.

Discuss your project

Calgary and Lahore. Working with teams across Canada and the US.

Built around the work you need to do.

Most operational drag is not a missing tool. It is two tools that do not talk, bridged by somebody copying fields between them. We map the actual process first, then automate the handoffs: CRM to invoicing, form to database, alert to the right channel. Built with error handling and retries, because an automation that fails silently is worse than no automation. Where it makes sense we build on n8n so you can self-host and own the workflows outright.

Typical projects

  • Move website enquiries into a CRM
  • Connect sales, invoicing and notifications
  • Build n8n, Make.com or Zapier workflows with retries and alerts

What you receive

Your written scope identifies the deliverables, dependencies, timeline and acceptance criteria before the build begins.

  • Process map of the current manual workflow
  • Automated pipelines with retry and error alerting
  • Self-hosted or cloud deployment, your choice
  • Documentation so your team can edit them

Tools we work with: n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Twilio, REST APIs, Webhooks. We select the stack after reviewing the requirements.

Before we start

How is workflow automation different from AI automation?

Workflow automation connects tools and follows defined rules. AI automation adds language-based tasks such as interpreting a message or drafting a reply. A project can combine both.

What happens if an integration fails?

We design retries, error reporting and a recovery path around the process. API availability and platform limits are checked during scoping.

Tell us what you want to improve.

Bring a problem, an existing system or an idea. We will help define a practical next step and a written scope.
